Sensory Room

George Bush Intercontinental Airport (IAH) offers Sensory Rooms in Terminals A and D. They provide passengers with a quiet and controlled environment offering amenities that assist the passenger to relax in a calm atmosphere away from the noise and bustle of the terminal. IAH Sensory Room amenities including interactive Tactile wall splats and art, soothing lighting, and Bluetooth enabled audio interfaces to play music and sounds. Simply call the Airport Operation Center at 281-230-1300 to gain access.

Terminal A
The Terminal A Sensory Room is located inside the Terminal A Mother’s Room located between Gate A2 and The Breakfast Klub eatery. Once you enter The Terminal A Mother’s Room you will notice a door with a push code lock (cipher lock) and a sign on it that reads, "Please contact 281-230-1300 for access.” Call this number to obtain the entry code to the Sensory Room door.
Terminal D
The Terminal D Sensory Room is located inside the Terminal D - West Pier between Gate D3 and Gate D5 across from Urban Crave eatery. Simply call the Airport Operation Center at 281-230-1300 to gain access.
