Traveling can be hectic. One passenger recently was traveling through George Bush Intercontinental Airport (IAH) and accidently dropped his phone. It wasn’t until he was already in the air that he realized his mistake.
When he arrived at his destination airport, he made a few phone calls to in hopes of finding the phone, but that wasn’t going anywhere. It was not until Irene Csepke with SSP America heard his voicemail that things started to move in a positive direction.
The passenger stated in a letter of recognition that “I could see my phone using “Track my iPhone” and even though Irene did not work for the airline, she offered to help. She walked around and spoke with baggage personnel. She asked me to call my phone and she was able to find the phone placed with a bunch of other phones. With my permission, they turned the phone over to her. I provided my FedEx account information and she mailed it that day. Thanks to someone who had the passion to care.”
Thank you Irene, for showing your Houston Friendly Spirit.
