We have all been there before. The dreaded moment when you realize you are missing an important item. You ask yourself, is it lost, stolen or misplaced?
One passenger recently experienced that dreaded moment when they were thousands of feet in the air on an aircraft traveling from Houston. They realized they had lost their license. The passenger immediately started to back track their steps and remembered they had grabbed a bite to eat at Pappasitos at William P. Hobby Airport (HOU). Upon landing, they called the restaurant and spoke with Pappasitos' manager Carlos Medrano.
The customer was so pleased with the service Medrano provided that they submitted a guest comment that stated:
“I explained to Carlos how desperate I was to get that license. He said he would look for it. To make a long story short, he was able to find it at the Transportation Security Administration (TSA) checkpoint. I cannot believe he did that for me. I will never eat anywhere else. This kind of customer service does not exist anymore.”
Well done Carolos Medrano for showing off that Houston Friendly spirit.
