Scott Hill, A.A.E. is Deputy Director of Infrastructure for the Houston Airport System (HAS). He provides leadership for the Infrastructure Division, which oversees contracts, fleet and asset management, project controls, design management and project delivery across George Bush Intercontinental Airport (IAH), William P. Hobby Airport (HOU) and Ellington Airport (EFD)/Houston Spaceport.

Hill has over 20 years of aviation industry experience, gained through his service in the United States Air Force and tenure with HAS. Before assuming his position as deputy director, he has held roles including inspector, management analyst, senior project manager, interim division manager and assistant director.

Hill holds a master’s degree in aeronautical science from Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University, a master’s degree in political science from Sam Houston State University, a bachelor’s degree in professional aeronautics from Embry-Riddle and an associate’s degree in electronic systems technology from the Community College of the Air Force. He is a certified Project Management Professional, Certified Facility Manager and an Accredited Airport Executive (A.A.E.) of the American Association of Airport Executives.
