From Common Bond Bakery to a LEGO store, 26 concessions will elevate the travel experience inside one of the newest and most modern international terminals in the U.S. The new lineup of iconic local flavors and trusted national brands reflects the ambitious goal of Houston Airports to offer a portfolio of dining and retail offerings that meet the guiding principles of the concessions vision for the new international terminal.

The local concepts include iconic Houston landmarks The Annie Café & Bar, The Kitchen (Woodlands, TX) and Common Bond Bakery and Café, complemented by tried-and-true national favorites like Chili’s and MOD Pizza. The new retail program will have an exciting new lineup of stores including Houston Supply Co., Uno de 50, Be Relax, Nap Bar, LEGO and iStore.  

Upcoming Art

Houston Airports is working with the City of Houston Mayor’s Office of Cultural Affairs and the Houston Art Alliance on the creation and installation of 12 new site-specific art commissions for the six new gates at the new Mickey Leland International Terminal and the new International Central Processor. The custom artwork will be installed and on view by spring 2024. All artwork selected will reflect the welcoming nature of Houston as a city with distinct culture. Each work will celebrate the rich and diverse local fabric that makes Houston inspiring for residents and visitors.

The artists developing commissions for this project include Reginald Adams, Emilie Duval, Leslie Gaworecki, Marlo Saucedo and Houston Poet Laureate Emanuelee “Outspoken” Bean, Graciela Hasper, Lovie Olivia, Gerardo Rosales, Regina Silveira, Nick Vaughn and Jake Margolin.
