Avelo Airlines launches flights between HOU and Wilmington, NC

HOUSTON— Avelo Airlines began offering nonstop service to North Carolina’s Wilmington International Airport (ILM) from Houston’s William P. Hobby Airport (HOU) on Wednesday, June 11. Avelo is the only airline offering nonstop service between Houston and coastal North Carolina.
Avelo operates this new route on Wednesdays and Saturdays, utilizing Boeing 737 aircraft. Travelers can make reservations at AveloAir.com.

Avelo now serves two nonstop destinations from Hobby Airport: Wilmington, N.C. and Southern Connecticut’s Tweed-New Haven (HVN).
