A Pre-bid Conference will be held in person on Thursday, August 14, 2025, at 01:30 P.M., CT.
Location: HAS Infrastructure Division Office (IDO) Building 111 Standifer Drive, Wright Brothers Conference Room Humble, Texas, 77338.
A site visit will take place immediately after the pre-bid conference.
Second Site visit: All interested respondents are invited to attend the information session (second pre-bid) on December 2nd, 2025, at 10:30 AM. The meeting will be held at the Houston Airport System, Infrastructure Division Office (IDO), Building 111, Standifer Drive, Auditorium 1, Humble, Texas 77338. Project Description
The Houston Airport System (HAS) is seeking a contractor for the IAH Subway Efficiency Infrastructure Improvements project at George Bush Intercontinental Airport. This project aims to improve accessibility, upgrade interior finishes, replace de-watering pumps, enhance safety and air quality, and modernize the subway to current standards.
