Yume Asian Kitchen & Market Wins Best in Class at the 2019 Airport Food & Beverage (FAB) Award held in Dallas, Texas on June 27.

Yume Asian Kitchen & Market won two awards that evening. In an age dominated by social media, visual impressions count. The judges were unanimous in their view that out of a number of brilliantly impactful restaurants, OTG’s stunning Yume at George Bush Intercontinental Airport in Houston, Texas, was best in class. The Instagrammable Experience award was accepted by Cassandra Bozeman, Eric Brinker and Justin Blatstein.

In addition, Yume was presented the Outstanding Airport Restaurant Design of the Year award.

The awards were presented at a glittering gala event, the climax of the eighth annual Airport Food and Beverage (FAB) Conference & Awards, hosted by Dallas Fort Worth International Airport and organized by The Moodie Davitt Report. The gala evening was hosted by Autogrill and HMSHost.
