Providing excellent customer service is a top priority for the Houston Airport System. With that goal in mind, Houston Airports sent about 30 employees to attend the Forbes Travel Guide Hospitality Service training course on Jan. 23 at the Houstonian Hotel.
International Affairs worked with Visit Houston in organizing this opportunity. Team members from International Services and volunteers attended the training class that covered best practices for creating an engaging and memorable guest experience.
“In preparation for Super Bowl 51, the course provided a unique opportunity for staff to learn hospitality secrets from some of the industry’s best,” said Director of International Relations Željka Momirović . “Team members definitely walked away with tips to enhance our customers’ airport experience.”
After completion of the course, attendees received a certification in Houston Hospitality Service Training.
