Ordering and Installation


Ordering and installation are easy and we have our team of specialists ready to help. The general steps are outlined below. Once we get your initial inquiry we will be meeting with you to discuss the process in more detail.

1. Place Your Order Inquiry - Review this site and use the “Shopping Cart” feature of this site to place your initial order inquiry. Of course, if it is easier for you, feel free to call our Service Desk at 281-233-1900 and they can help you as well.

2. Meet to Confirm Your Needs - Once we receive you order inquiry, one of our team members will contact you to set up an on-site visit to review and confirm your needs, assess site requirements, and answer any questions you might have.

3. Quote and Approval - A formal quote and instructions for design and installation requirements will be provided, including helping you initiate a Tenant Improvement Project, if needed.

4. Installation Planning - Once we get your approval, we will coordinate an installation schedule with you, including coordinating site preparation needs and training.

5. Installation/Go Live - Service is our goal. Our team will be on-site based on the schedule and coordination plan agreed upon. We’ll test the install, complete training, and you are ready to go!
