The HAS Help Desk is your single point of contact for help with new services, emergencies, repairs, regular maintenance, changes , technical needs, training, etc.
Contact us during regular office work hours (7 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. weekdays, except holidays) or email your request to has.servicedesk@houstontx.gov.
Emergency service is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week at the same number
