A major roadway pavement replacement project shuts down the existing upper-level roadway at Hobby Airport. The roadway closure is scheduled to remain in place until late 2012. Signage is in place and personnel is on hand to help facilitate during this time and to direct you where to go.

The upper level entrance hours are 5:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m.

If you need to arrive to the airport earlier than 5:00 a.m. or later than 9:00 p.m., please use the lower level entrance.

Passenger Drop Offs
The location of the Passenger Drop Off area for all airlines is now being rerouted into the second level of the attached parking garage, slightly further away from the curbside area. Drivers will be able to stop momentarily while passengers gather their traveling items.

Passengers dropped off in the garage not utilizing curbside check-in will use the main lobby entrance doors or the doorways located to the west side of the terminal. Please note that the crosswalk on the east side of the parking garage that was used in the beginning of the construction phase is now closed.

For ADA Passengers or Passengers in need of wheelchair assistance
Drop offs and pickups involving wheelchairs will take place in a designated lane found closest to the terminal facility. Signage will direct drivers to the Level One location.

Curbside Check-Ins
Curbside check-in for Southwest Airlines customers can be found on the second level, next to the main lobby entrance.

Passenger Pick Ups
Drivers who are on-site to pick up arriving passengers are encouraged to use the Passenger Pick Up Waiting Lot located off of Airport Boulevard. The lot allows drivers to park and wait for the arriving passenger free of charge. For a map, please visit fly2houston.com/PickUpLot.
For those wishing to greet arriving passengers inside the airport, please be aware that parking at Hobby Airport is limited; be prepared to park off-site.
