HOUSTON – Houston Airport System (HAS) Concessions Manager Randy Goodman was recently recognized for his management of George Bush Intercontinental Airport and William P. Hobby Airport’s concessions program.  The Property Manager of the Year award was presented by Airport Revenue News (ARN) at their 10th annual ARN Revenue Conference & Exhibition held March 2-4 in Orlando, Fl.

“I am honored to be acknowledged by Airport Revenue News and my peers in the airport industry,” said Randy Goodman. “We strive to offer restaurants and shops that meet a variety of tastes and needs for the almost 140,000 passengers who pass through our airports each day.”

Goodman oversees more than 124,000 square feet of concessions space at Houston’s two commercial airport facilities, Bush Intercontinental Airport and William P. Hobby Airport.  As a result, Goodman helps to maintain the highest level of customer service at retail shops, restaurants, quick service outlets, duty free stores and kiosks.

ARN is a leading trade publication within the aviation industry. The organization holds an annual three day conference and exhibition that features the largest gathering of airport decision makers and concessions executives who share their research and expertise on cutting-edge trends and business strategies in the areas of food and beverage, retail, technology and customer service.

This is the first year ARN has named a Property Manager of the Year during its annual awards ceremony.
