Houston Airports Hosts Nigerian Delegation

Houston Airports officials recently met with the Global Initiatives for the International Republican Institute (IRI) study mission delegation of five members from Nigeria’s National Assembly.  The delegation met with the Houston Airport System to learn from the global gateway hub’s best practices for growth management, operations and air service development. The group received a tour of George Bush Intercontinental Airport (IAH), including runways and the fresh air cargo facility. They also met with airport leadership on the strategy behind Houston’s global gateway status and success with accommodating the growth.
