United: Collect UA baggage at Terminal C, if arriving in Terminal D.
International baggage arrives in the Federal Inspection Services area (FIS). Arriving international passengers will first proceed through Immigration, and then collect checked baggage and proceed through Customs.
There are 12 baggage carousels in FIS. Even-numbered carousels (2, 4, 6, 8, 10, 12) are dedicated to United. All other carriers’ baggage will arrive on odd-numbered carousels (1, 3, 5, 7, 9, 11). Each has a screen above showing which flight’s baggage will arrive at that particular carousel.
There are Baggage Information Display Screens (BIDS) located to the left and right at the bottom of the escalator after passport control.
International passengers arriving into Terminal D and E gates will exit through the Terminal E International Arrivals area.
Note: In the event of the cancellation of a Terminal D departing flight, those bags will arrive on the baggage carousel in the Terminal D ticketing lobby.
United: Collect UA baggage at Terminal C, if arriving in Terminal E.
In Terminal C, there is a Baggage Information Display Screen (BIDS), located across from carousels 1 and 10, listing which carousel your baggage will arrive on. Additionally, each carousel has a screen above showing which flight’s baggage will arrive at that particular carousel.
