A Master Plan addresses the needs and concerns of a variety of groups:
- » The traveling public.
- » Airlines and agencies that operate flights, security checkpoints, baggage claim and aircraft maintenance.
- » Terminal tenants, such as gift shops and food emporiums. · Companies and individuals that use Hobby for privately owned aircraft.
- » Other tenants, such as federal agencies, flight schools and aircraft maintenance companies.
- » Transportation entities - private taxicabs, shuttles and parking lot operators as well as METRO - who take passengers and employees to and from the airport.
- » Other nearby facilities, such as hotels, gas stations and convenience stores who provide services to airport users.
