Free Wi-Fi at Houston Airports is Taking Off

  Free Wi-Fi is now available at Hobby Airport. George Bush Intercontinental Airport will offer free Wi-Fi in all public areas of the airport by the end of 2014.
The Houston Airport System (HAS) is taking a major step forward to enhance the customer experience at both William P. Hobby Airport (HOU) and George Bush Intercontinental Airport (IAH) with the unveiling of FREE Wi-Fi for all customers and guests. Free Wi-Fi is available now at Hobby Airport as well as IAH Terminals A, B, C and D.  The free network will be launched in phases at Bush Intercontinental Airport and will be available in all terminal areas at IAH by the end of 2014.

The entire terminal is a hot spot for you to surf the web, blog or watch a movie. Whatever your need, you can now stay CONNECTED while traveling.

Terminal B - Free Wi-Fi Available Now!
Terminal C - Free Wi-Fi Available Now!
Terminal D - Free Wi-Fi Available Now!

HAS is offering a Powerful and Easy Connection:

 - Advertisement free zone. We do not require you to watch any ads before you connect to the free Wi-Fi network.
 - Fast connection. Speeds up to 6 megabits per second.
 - Strong network. The network has hundreds of access points.

Steps to connect:
Passengers will need a Wi-Fi enabled device (laptop computer, Android smart device, Apple tablet/smartphone, etc.) to access the Houston Airport System's free network.

1. Click the Wi-Fi icon on your device.
2. Select "Free Airport WIFI" from the list of SSID network options.
3. The airport's Wi-Fi splash page will open automatically.
4. Agree to the Terms of Use and submit.
5. You are now connected and able to browse the internet.
