Property Development 

Ellington Field currently has ample property available for development. All property leases must be requested by contacting the Houston Airport System at 281-233-1796. In addition, a site visit may be scheduled by contacting Ellington Field's Airport Operations Department at 713-847-4200.

Property usage opportunities include general aviation hangar development, private aviation development, corporate/private aviation development, Non-aviation development, terminal and commercial development, among others.

  1. T-Hangar                    25 Years
  2. Corporate Hangars      25 Years 
  3. Part 135                     25 Years 
  4. Part 145                     25 Years
