Hours of Operation:
Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday: 6:30am - 2:00pm
Wednesday: 6:30 a.m. - 12:30 p.m.

All Applicant Processing:
By Appointment Only using the TimeTrade online scheduling program.

Ask your employer to schedule an appointment using the web-based appointment scheduler. Be sure to arrive at least 10 minutes prior to appointment time.

Other Processing:
Walk-in Only
Lost, stolen or damaged badges will be considered emergency processing
Monday - Friday normal business hours

SIDA and AOA Non-Movement Driver Training:
Course information, username and password will be provided during the badge application process.
Go to online training from this link. Please review the HAS Online Learning user guide before logging in (currently used for SIDA and AOA Driver Training).

Note: Your employer must indicate need for AOA driving privileges on the badging application for AOA course to be available

What do I do if...

Background Checks and Fingerprinting

In accordance with Federal regulations and HAS policy, new badge applicants must be fingerprinted and successfully complete a background/criminal history record check. Your fingerprints will be taken when your application is presented at the Badging Office.


Access to U.S. Customs and Immigration areas requires additional Customs application/approval.

Federal Inspection Facility, Passenger Pick-up Lobby.
