Q: Where is the Global Entry Satellite Office located in downtown Houston? |

A: 901 Bagby Street, Houston, 77002, on the mezzanine level of City Hall Visitor’s Center.

Q: How do I make an appointment to visit the downtown Global Entry office? |
|
A: Two to three weeks after completing your online enrollment, you should receive a conditional approval. The conditional approval will invite you to schedule an in-person appointment where you will watch a video, meet face-to-face with an officer, and submit biometrics. You can schedule an appointment at any office in any state.

Q: Will I have to pay to park downtown? |
|
A: Free parking is available for a two-hour maximum on the street level at the north side entrance of the Visitor’s Center.

Q: What are the hours of the Global Entry Satellite Office in downtown? |

A: Customs and Border Protection will staff the downtown office on Tuesdays and Wednesdays from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. CST.

Q: Will Global Entry be available at William P. Hobby Airport? |

A: When international service begins at Hobby Airport, there will be Global Entry available.

Q: Who is eligible for Global Entry? |
|
A: U.S. Citizens & Legal Permanent Residents, Mexican Nationals, Canadians, Dutch Nationals (who are Privium members), South Korean Nationals and some other select countries via pilot programs, or limited reciprocating agreements.
