The hangar has direct access to George Bush Intercontinental Airport/Houston Taxiway W/C via a private taxiway easement.

The underground storage tanks are being removed and a new lessee will either buy its fuel from the Fixed Base Operator or install above ground storage tanks for self-fueling purposes.

The site has approximately 299 feet of frontage along Chanute Road, north of Rankin Road, and is located approximately 15 miles north of Houston's central business district, within the City of Houston, Harris County, Texas. Site location map is provided below.

Taxing Authorities: The land and the improvements belong to the City of Houston, a tax exempt entity. The Harris County Appraisal District will assess a possessory interest on the lease.

Use: Corporate Aviation Operation. The City of Houston will entertain other general aviation uses for the facility.

All airport leases are triple net leases. A new lessee will be provided a three year hangar lease. Additional terms beyond the standard three years may be purchased by the lessee should improvements other than cosmetic in nature or routine maintenance work be required. City of Houston insurance requirements vary depending on the hangar's use and will be provided upon request.
