The 2010 Mutt Strut & Runway Race encourages participants to bring out their dogs and walk, run or strut along one of the busy runways at George Bush Intercontinental Airport (IAH). The unique setting and the opportunity to raise money and awareness for the Houston SPCA makes this event extremely popular.

There will be a competitive 5K (3.1 mile) run, a "Strut for Mutts" non-competitive walk/run with your favorite dog(s), the “What a Mutt” contest, food, fun and entertainment for the entire family.

All funds raised at this event will be donated to the Houston SPCA to support the programs designed to improve the quality of life for animals in the Houston community.

Mutt Strut & Runway Race schedule:

 -  6:00 a.m. - Doors open
 -  7:45 a.m. - Pre-event activities begin
 -  8:30 a.m. - All run/walk events begin
 - 12:00 p.m. - All activities end

Each step you take in the 2010 Mutt Strut & Runway Race brings an animal that much closer to finding a loving, permanent home.
