The Houston Airport System is in the process of setting our annual Disadvantaged Business Enterprise (DBE) goals. In accordance with federal regulations of the US Department of Transportation, 49 CFR Part 26, the Houston Airport System is providing an opportunity for DBE-qualified business owners and the general public to participate in this process.

An open session to discuss the goals of the Houston Airport System will be held by the City of Houston’s Affirmative Action and Contract Compliance Division, of the Mayor’s Office, and the Houston Airport System’s Small Business Development and Contract Compliance Division.
