Houston Airport System WI-FI Internet Service

Both William P. Hobby (HOU) and George Bush Intercontinental Airports (IAH) now have Boingo Wireless wireless fidelity or “WI-FI” service, at speeds up to 100 times faster than standard dialup, available in most of their respective public areas, including gates, restaurants, ticketing and baggage claim.

To access this service passengers will need a WI-FI card or mobile device embedded with WI-FI technology. Configure your network settings by changing the wireless SSID (or network identified) to "Boingo Hotspot."  Users of the service are greeted by the Houston Airport System's portal page that provides a host of free information, including real-time flight information and a log on screen for WI-FI access ( www.fly2houston.com ).  Your $7.95 Day Pass or Boingo unlimited access at HOU and IAH is also good in over 100,000 hotspots worldwide.
