Where to Obtain RFQs and Bids

Each RFQ and Bid advertisement will specify where prospective proposers/bidders can obtain scope of work and/or specifications documents. Copies of RFQ documents/ prospectuses are generally available from the Houston Airport System offices. Bid documents (specifications/plans) are generally available from the lead design firm and will be specifically identified in the Bid Notice. For construction bids, the Houston Airport System also utilizes local Plan Rooms to make bid documents more accessible to prospective bidders and sub-contractors. In the near future, the Houston Airport System also anticipates making bid documents available on the Internet through a Electronic Plan Room.
