Record Holiday Crowds Expected at Bush & Hobby Airports
Passenger growth tops 2.6 million, year to date

The Houston Airport System will hold a media availability Thursday, November 16, 2006, beginning at 1:00 p.m. at George Bush Intercontinental Airport, to provide tips and information to help prepare travelers for record Thanksgiving Holiday air service. All interested news media are encouraged to attend.

WHY:                                Capacity crowds are expected at George Bush Intercontinental and William P. Hobby Airports, beginning Friday,
                                        November 17, 2006 and climaxing Sunday, November 27, 2006. Airport representatives will be available to
                                        discuss key travel tips, suggestions and security requirements designed to minimize airport delays this holiday
