The Houston Airport System will hold an inaugural ceremony for China Airlines’ start of cargo service to Bush Intercontinental Airport (IAH) on Saturday, September 30, 2006 beginning at 8:15 a.m. All interested news media are encouraged to attend.

WHY: This is the first scheduled Asian air cargo flight to Houston. China Airlines sees opportunity in Houston’s petrochemical, medical, aerospace and information technology industries.
