One of Texas’ favorite barbeque restaurants has opened at George Bush Intercontinental Airport (IAH).

The Salt Lick Barbeque, known for its open barbeque pit that produces smoked meats packed with Texas flavor, is now open at Terminal B in the food court.

The menu includes popular items that have become Texan favorites including brisket, ribs, chicken, potato salad and cobbler.

A family business that launched in 1967 in Driftwood, Texas, The Salt Lick draws hundreds of thousands of customers from around the world each year to the tiny town.

Now, on-the-go travelers can easily grab the mouthwatering barbeque right here in Houston before catching a flight.

The Salt Lick is operated by concessionaire, Delaware North Companies.
