Two daily non-stop flights from Delta Airlines will connect Houston with New York's LaGuardia Airport.
Passengers in Houston will enjoy a new non-stop flight option from Delta Airlines in July 2012, as service starts up between George Bush Intercontinental Airport (IAH) and New York’s LaGuardia Airport (LGA).

The new service begins on July 11, with departure times available at 7:00 a.m. and 6:45 p.m.

“New York is obviously a vital market for us, both for the leisure traveler as well as the business traveler,” says Ian Wadsworth, Houston Airports’ chief commercial officer. “Starting on July 11, Houstonians will be able to choose Delta when flying to New York's LaGuardia Airport.”

Once the LaGuardia flight is launched, Delta Airlines will be connecting Houston travelers to seven destinations with non-stop flights.

“Our expanded New York schedule is a clear indication that we’re making good headway with creative thinking and strategic moves to become the preferred airline for travelers flying to and from New York City,” says Richard Anderson, Delta Airlines chief executive officer.

The new service to LaGuardia will maintain the following schedule:
