IAH Ranks Top 5 Airport Worldwide

ACI World has announced the results of their 2009 ACI Airport Service Quality (ASQ) passenger survey and George Bush Intercontinental Airport (IAH) has emerged as one of the top five performing airports anywhere in the world.

IAH secured a fifth-place finish in the customer satisfaction rankings, when measured against the largest airports in the world (those handling more than forty-million passengers on an annual basis).

Three of the top five performing airports in this category were domestic facilities, while Hong Kong and Beijing airports took first and second place respectively. Copyright © 2010 - Houston Airport System
