The hangar for lease at IAH comes with many advantages.
The opportunity to lease a hangar at a top ten airport is
now available.

The two-story, 43,000 square foot building sits on nearly six acres of land at George Bush Intercontinental Airport (IAH).

The hangar space includes an air conditioned office area that is approximately 14,000 square feet, storage area, 26,000 square feet of open hangar area, approximately 55, 826 square feet concrete square ramp and a hangar door height of approximately 32 feet.

“After many years of occupied corporate hangar space, IAH has an exceptional option available right at the airport’s south entrance at JFK Boulevard,” says Arturo Machuca, manager of business development. “This facility is an excellent location to hangar medium to large sized corporate jets. The hangar also has plenty of office and working space to make operations easier and more convenient.”

The conveniently located hangar has direct access to the IAH/Houston Taxiway W/B via a shared taxiway easement with an adjacent corporate aviation tenant to the north.

The hangar has approximately 399 feet of frontage along the west side of John F. Kennedy Boulevard, north of Greens Road, and is located approximately 15 miles north of Houston's central business district.

Although the use is for corporate aviation operation, the city of Houston will entertain other general aviation uses for the facility except it cannot be used for Fixed Base Operation (FBO) purposes other than by the current FBO on this particular side of the airfield, Atlantic Aviation.

Bush Intercontinental is the eighth largest U.S. airport for both total traffic and international passenger traffic and provides nonstop service to approximately 110 destinations within the U.S. and nearly 70 direct and nonstop international destinations.
