SuperShuttle to begin 24-hour door-to-door, shared-ride service for Bush Intercontinental and Hobby airports

SuperShuttle, the largest airport ground transportation company in the United States, will begin providing 24-hour, door-to-door shared-ride service to and from the George Bush Intercontinental (IAH) and William P. Hobby (HOU) airports on November 1, 2006. SuperShuttle will pick-up passengers at their homes, businesses or hotels and transport them to the airports and vice versa.

Average fares from the airport to downtown Houston will be $19 for the first person and $7 for a traveling companion. SuperShuttle plans on starting service with 50 blue and yellow vans and will be servicing the entire greater Houston metropolitan area including Sugar Land, Katy, the Woodlands, Clear Lake, Pasadena, Pearland and other outlying areas.

Guests may make reservations on SuperShuttle by calling 1-800-BLUE VAN from anywhere in the country prior to arriving in Houston, by visiting our site www.supershuttle.com, or they can follow the ground transportation signs at the airports to the ticket counters to immediately be scheduled on a shuttle.
