U.S. Customs and Border Protection will debut a new Global Entry Enrollment Center at George Bush Intercontinental Airport, May 15. Bush airport is one of seven airports nationwide with Global Entry technology and it leads the program in enrolled participants and use.
Frequent international travelers enrolled in Global Entry who are returning to the U.S. through Bush airport can bypass passport control lines and clear customs, immigration and agriculture by using an automated self-service kiosk.
The kiosk features a video camera, touch-screen monitor, fingerprint reader, machine-readable document reader, receipt printer, keypad, handset and workstation.

Details: Media will get a demonstration of the Global Entry kiosks. Still and video photography will be permitted. Media wishing to attend demonstration must be vetted for clearance into the secured area. Please RSVP to Chief Paula Rivera at paula.rivera@dhs.gov with Name, DOB, and DL # by 4 p.m. May 13. Media who have not provided the required data will not have access to the secured area.
